Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are generally final.
Exceptions:
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged
- Incorrect item is shipped
- Verified quality issue
Refund Requests:
- Must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
- Include order number and supporting photos if applicable
Resolution:
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after review.
